CABIN ESSENTIALS

 

1. Keys will be in a lock box - PIN code should be asked from property manager before arrival (pls. see the reservation confirmation you will receive from the Airbnb.com or Booking.com)

2. Pets are not allowed (allergy free cabin)

3. Never leave fire (candles of fireplace) without guard

4. Avoid any noise between 22:00 - 07:00

6. Remember to close water safety tap when leaving the cabin (dish washer)

7. Final cleaning, bedlinen and towels are not included in pricing (pls. see below how to order)

Our beautiful holiday home is a high-class semi-detached loghouse next to the Lake Talvijärvi and it is only 14min walk away from Ruka "downtown" of shops, restaurants, night clubs and other services.

​

The chalet has 51 square meters space excluding the loft (20m2) and terrace area and is especially suitable for active families. The downstairs 2 bedrooms and the large upstairs offer spacious accommodation for 5+1 people. There is a  comfortable lounge downstairs  with a fireplace, a functional kitchen and a dining area, and a bathroom with an sauna department. The chalet is decorated in Scandinavian style (see more under "Photos" in the menu).

During your stay in our cabin, you have all the necessities at hand: a drying closet, an iron and ironing board, a dishwasher, a hairdryer, coffeemaker, kettles and dishes.

​

You may cool off after using the sauna outside in the covered terrace.

​

Children are very welcome (check out equipment for kids under "Kid's corner" in the menu). Smoking is forbidden inside our cabin. The cabin is non-allergic, so no pets are allowed. Free parking with electricity.

 

Free Wi-Fi.

 

Duvets and pillows are at your disposal but linens must be ordered separately (please see more detailed information on this under "calendar and reservations in the menu).

FINAL CLEANING NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

OPTION 1. We provide for our guests a possibility to do the final cleaning by yourselves (however, if not cleaned properly we have to charge 170 euros for short notice cleaning service).

​

OPTION 2. We also offer final cleaning as a service. The price for the final cleaning is 95 euros and should be ordered at least 1 week prior to arrival. You will find guidance how to order the cleaning in your reservation confirmation (after the reservation is completed).
